Members have expressed many different reasons for joining, such as:

Desire to enjoy a summer residence or year-round home on their own private land in a beautiful country near Japan

Confidence that the value of land in Vanuatu, and of their membership, will rise steadily

Desire for high income-producing investment through renting out their vacation homes

The determination to live overseas in Vanuatu and become integrated into the culture

Wanting a low-cost safe haven, just in case of war, earthquake or other disaster

Desiring to expand one's social network with other internationally-minded individuals with common values

Wishing to participate in the Club's social events
