Membership is open to individuals of all countries, provided they are over 20 years of age, not bankrupt and have no criminal record.

To join, an individual must be introduced by an existing Member and be approved by the Club president on the basis of good character.

Membership lasts forever, so long as the Member abides by the Club's Charter.

The number of memberships is limited to 10,000.
